With an unprecedented growth in Elvis’s popularity (his single Hound Dog / Don’t Be Cruel was topping all of the American charts) and demand for his material ever increasing, Elvis entered Radio Recorders in September. 1956 for the purpose of recording songs for his new LP.

This is one of the most consistent LP’s of his career and with unforgettable songs like “Love Me”, “Paralyzed”, Ready Teddy”. It didn’t take long to reach number 1 on the charts and became a Gold record. Currently It is certified Platinum by the RIAA.
