NEW CONTRACT WITH RCA

Colonel Parker rejects an offer in July 1966 to make a movie in Japan, alleging that Elvis will not be available until 1969. On August 30, 1966, RCA made the decision not to wait until the end of 1967, when their relationship ended contractual with Presley, and decides to exercise his option to extend Elvis’s contract through 1974.

Elvis signs a lease on a Palm Springs house at 1350 Ladera Circle on September 21, 1966. It is a modern construction house that will serve to relax while you are not immersed in your filming.
