INFORMATION

Charlie Rogers (Elvis Presley) is a lonely young man who travels the country on his motorcycle in search of his fortune. His fate makes him end up in a traveling fair where he will initially carry out maintenance work. He will soon reveal his talent with music, which will make the proletariat of the fair, Maggie (Barbara Stanwyck), dream of being able to get rid of the state of bankruptcy that her business is suffering.

Hal’s new production. B. Wallis and a new script by Allan Weiss for a 34-year-old Elvis who was facing his sixteenth film in Hollywood playing the role again, of a rebellious boy who decides to join a traveling fair to seek his fortune.

Good soundtrack and a luxurious companion for the king of rock as is the veteran actress Barbara Stanwyck, a Hollywood star from the golden years. For the anecdotary will be the second appearance on the big screen for an unknown, at that time, Raquel Welch, with a very brief appearance; in the same way that she would also do another unknown Teri Garr (Young Frankenstein, 1974), although really, Garr had also appeared briefly in Kissin ‘Cousins (1964).
