“That’s All Right” – a collector’s single on the 70th anniversary of the birth of rock’n’roll

One of the most important and groundbreaking moments in the history of pop music is undoubtedly the recording session of July 5, 1954. It was during it that an unknown truck driver, Elvis Presley, recorded a song that shook the world and initiated a socio-cultural revolution on an unprecedented scale.

The song was “That’s All Right (Mama)”, an old blues by Arthur “Big Boy” Crudup. Interpreted by Presley, it gave rise to a new style of music – rock’n’roll. Currently one of the most important and popular music genres in the world.

On the 70th anniversary of these historic events, a special collector’s single will be released. The single-sided, ten-inch vinyl record will contain a master version of the above-mentioned song (as the publishers assure, it will be the version from 1954 and not the one mixed by RCA Victor two years later).

The album is now available for pre-order on the official Graceland website. The cost of the single, scheduled for release on June 14 this year, is $29.98
