The “Loving You Vol.2” EP was released in June 1957 and again contained four songs from the “Loving You” LP. All and not releasing new material, this EP contained the song “Mean Woman Blues”, which at the time was a hit, perhaps because it was one of the most important musical numbers in the film.
For all this, sales were commercially important, exceeding one million copies. On Billboard charts, it peaked at number 4. Currently “Loving You Vol.2” is listed as platinum by the RIAA.
