INFORMATION

Released in March 1967, the EP Easy Come, Easy Go was a new soundtrack for the film that Elvis made for Paramount Pictures. The recording sessions took place in the Paramount studios in September 1966. The “habits” in terms of the material supplied for the soundtracks did not change, once again having low quality songs and that not even Elvis could improve.

In this EP we find one of Elvis’s worst movie songs, such as “Yoga Is Yoga Does”. By 1967, the EP’s market was practically non-existent, which meant that it had no position on the Billboard charts on a commercial level. In terms of sales, it barely sold 30,000 copies.
