Year 1976. The denial of the truth
Sometimes the heart does not allow us to see beyond reason because in many cases it controls our actions, the ability to see beyond what we should have… reason, but above all thought. When distrust appears and fear and loneliness pursue us, insecurity appears to distress the soul, to blind our eyes to truth and dependence.

1976, a new year begins in the life of Elvis Presley, a new opportunity to change his life and leave behind confusion, boredom and move forward.
Elvis Presley always loved life, spirituality, laughter, all this was his defense against insecurity and fatigue, he wanted to enjoy and share with others, but he was making a mistake. His health and his dependence were becoming more powerful in his life to try to defeat him, because Elvis did not want to change, he simply let himself go…
This 1976 was going to be a determining year in his life and a somewhat complicated one to follow his path.
The new year 1976 begins with new economic expectations forced by the current situation in the life of Elvis Presley. Firstly, his obligation to record new songs with RCA, which he must comply with to avoid a lawsuit. Elvis does not really want to record but he has to do it and he refuses to do it in the already known studios, so Felton Jarvis tells him that if he is not going to record, they will go to Graceland with his RCA truck.
Elvis agrees to set up a studio in the Jungle Room, reluctantly and without much desire, but finally he is delighted to be able to record at home and decides from then on not to record anywhere else.
His financial situation also forces him to book tours throughout the year, although Elvis is aware that he has a serious colon/intestinal disease, adrenal disease, fatigue/insufficiency, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, painful arthritis, and glaucoma in both eyes. In addition to being warned of major consequences by the doctors, he will agree to go on tours in order to be able to financially compensate for all the expenses he had incurred the previous year. Above all, its “Lisa Marie” plane, which is to blame for most of this commitment due to the enormous budget and gasoline that its maintenance demands.
