INFORMATION
For the same purpose as the previous album (For LP Fans Only) A Date With Elvis, it was also a compilation of tracks from Sun Records, such as soundtrack tracks that had not previously been released on LP format. In addition to having Elvis music, the grace of this release was having photographs of Elvis in military service, as well as a calendar that marked the date of Elvis’ expected return to civilian life.
Like its predecessor, it did not get many sales (approximately 175,000) and reached number 32 on the billboard charts.
