In 2024 a beautiful “Aloha From Hawaii” photo book will be released on January 8, 2024.
Fifty years after Elvis’s legendary concert in Hawaii, many valuable long-lost negatives have been discovered.
Beautiful photographs taken by the Japanese cameraman Yoshiji Kizaki.
Mr. Kizaki is one of the few photographers who photographed not only the actual show in January 1973, but also the three Aloha performances and the press conference held in November 1972.
They will be printed from the original negatives and published in a magnificent Photo album.
All of Kizaki’s amazing photographs were carefully scanned and about 300 images were selected.
It also includes contributions from people involved in the live satellite broadcast and the release of the record.
It includes the treasured photos of the people involved, as well as journalistic and record documentation of the time.
