Rick Richards (Elvis Presley) returns to the island of Kauai in Hawaii after being fired from the airline where he worked as a pilot. There he will start a business with his friend Danny Kohana (James Shigeta) as a helicopter tour guide. But his love affairs and a bad decision could make him lose his pilot’s license.
Third and last of the films shot by Elvis in the Hawaiian Islands. This time directed by Michael Curtiz’s assistant director in King Creole (1958), Michael D. Moore.
